Salesforce Administrator (Admin)A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management and customization of the Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include:

• User management: Setting up and managing user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Customization: Creating custom objects, fields, and workflows to meet business needs.
• Data management: Ensuring data integrity and managing data imports/exports.
• Training and support: Providing training to users and troubleshooting issues.
• Reporting and dashboards: Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insights

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce BA and 2 years of experience of Salesforce Admin
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proven ability to define and prioritize product features. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in using tools like JIRA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Able to work under high pressure, self-motivated
• Able to work in different time zone is required
• Self motivation
• Ability for self learning
• Greencard/Citizen only
