This role is perfect for a calendar ninja with a strong sense of curiosity and a flair for thinking outside the box. Navigating complex schedules is essential - if you enjoy planning team activities and events, that’s a plus. Based in-office at our LA offices, you'll be an essential part of a fast-moving team that thrives on initiative and good judgment.</span></p><p></p><p><span>A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and ready to juggle multiple, diverse responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail. This isn't just about keeping calendars; it's about bringing your unique perspective to a demanding and exciting environment.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p><ul><li><p><b>Master of the Calendar</b>:<span> Expertly maintain calendars for three Talent Acquisition Directors, including scheduling candidate interviews, internal and external meetings, and various events.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Communication Champion</b>:<span> Display impeccable professionalism in all communications with internal and external partners, including candidates and recruiting agencies.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Team Hub & Comms Dynamo</b>: <span>Manage meeting agendas, team communications, team resources, designing & creating presentations or memos using Google Suite </span></p></li><li><p><b>Expense Report Wizard</b>:<span> Efficiently process expense reports.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Onboarding Ally</b>:<span> Assist with new hire tasks for this team and the broader Talent Acquisition department.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Event Extraordinaire</b>:<span> Plan unforgettable team and cross-functional offsites, coordinating with stakeholders, catering, A/V, etc. </span></p></li><li><p><b>Special Projects Savvy</b>:<span> Tackle special projects and ad hoc requests with enthusiasm, from preparing engaging presentations and creating org charts to developing insightful spreadsheets and tracking candidates.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Travel Maestro</b>:<span> Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including handling passport renewals and processing visas for the executives you support.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of overall work experience; 2+ years as an Executive/Administrative Assistant, including experience managing multiple executive calendars. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience supporting executives in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition department is desirable but not required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, and switch easily between tasks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong independence, judgment, ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly</span></p></li><li><p><span>Sufficiently tech-savvy, including proficiency in Google Workspace preferred: Gmail, GCalendar, Google Docs, Google Groups, MS Word/Excel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information (e.g., candidate data, compensation).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Desire to be a team-player in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven event organization experience.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
