Paraeducator One-on-One Position

Adna School District is accepting applications for the above positions. This position is for the 2025-2026 school year and will be 6.5 hours per day, from 8:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. The position is for a para-professional who will supervise an individual student during all class periods throughout the school day. This position may also include other duties as assigned.

All paraeducators must:

1. Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent; and

2. Have received a passing grade on the Education Testing Service's Paraeducator Assessment; or

3. Hold an Associate of Arts degree; or

4. Have earned seventy-two quarter credits or forty-eight semester credits at an institution of higher education; or

5. Have completed a registered apprenticeship program.

To be considered for these positions the following must be on file in the District Office.

  • In-district applicants need only to submit a letter of interest and a copy of their current first aid card.

    1. A letter of application.

    3. A copy of their current first aid card.
    4. Proof of High School Graduation
