AI Developer & Azure DevOps Technical Project Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI applications including Copilot agents and intelligent automation tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business workflows.

  • Build and maintain machine learning models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

  • Stay current with AI trends and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in AI implementations.

  • Develop custom Figma plugins to streamline design-to-development workflows.

  • Build tools that enable designers to push images, components, and structured content directly from Figma into AEM.

  • Azure DevOps Management

  • Administer and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) environments, including pipelines, repos, boards, and dashboards.

  • Collaborate with team members to align process across studio.

  • Technical Program Management

  • Create and maintain process maps for current and evolving workflows.

  • Identify process gaps and tooling improvements.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement process changes.

  • Document processes and tools to support team alignment and onboarding.

  • Lead special projects and support cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in AI development and DevOps support or similar role.

  • Experience in developing AI applications and AI-focused programming languages, such as Python or Java.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Figma Plugin API.

  • Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including asset management and content APIs.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.

  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud (Azure preferred).

  • Experience with process mapping, data gathering, and process analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with the ability to operate efficiently in ambiguous situations.

  • Strong understanding of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms

  • Experience with databases and Big Data platforms

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or relevant field

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
