Full Job Description

Join Blue Ox Delivery, the most established Amazon Delivery Service team in Centerville, MN (18 mins from Saint Paul)!

SHIFT: 9:25am-7:55pm 4 days a week with breaks.

Blue Ox is looking for Delivery Drivers that are energetic, personable and self-motivated. All deliveries are local, and you will always return home at the end of each day. At Blue Ox, we provide your vehicle, delivery device and other tools needed to be successful! This is an Entry Level job! No experience, diploma, or other work experience is required.

No THC testing

Compensation:

  • Starting at $23.75
  • 10 hour days / 4 days a week
  • Early finish bonus with perfect attendance and safe driving (Our drivers average $28 an hr)

Schedule:

  • 10hr days with an early finish bonus after training routes. Start and end each day in Centerville, MN, an 18 min drive from Saint Paul.
  • Work every other weekend or one weekend day a week (weekend work is required).
  • Opportunities to pick up more shifts weekly if desired.
  • Full time Only.

Driver Associate Responsibilities:

  • Use device navigation apps to deliver packages to customers in a timely manner (device provided)
  • Navigate oversized vans through residential and business communities (Van provided)
  • Safe driving and customer obsession is the top priority
  • Load your van in a staging area
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner, and follow specific instructions to ensure each package is delivered safely, and securely
  • Drive in inclement weather such as snow or rain

Requirements to Apply:

  • Current driver's license (CDL not required!)
  • Must pass a drug test- excludes THC / Marijuana
  • At Least 21 Years of age
  • Must be time-oriented and safety focused
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently
  • High level of stamina to maneuver in and out of the van for 8 hours
