What You'll Do:

Working as part of our virtual operations team, you will be responsible for the precise and timely input of various types of data. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Accurate Data Input: Meticulously enter alphanumeric data from diverse source documents (e.g., forms, digital images, spreadsheets) into designated American Express systems and databases.
Data Verification & Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of entered data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
System Navigation: Efficiently navigate and utilize various internal software applications and online platforms for data entry and retrieval.
Record Maintenance: Assist with organizing and maintaining digital files and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to all data security protocols and maintain the utmost confidentiality of sensitive information (e.g., customer data, financial records) in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Issue Reporting: Identify and report any recurring data quality issues or system challenges to your supervisor.
What We're Looking For:

Exceptional Attention to Detail: A critical eye for precision and accuracy is fundamental for this role.
Strong Typing Skills: Efficient and accurate typing speed (a typing test may be required).
Basic Computer Proficiency:
Familiarity with standard computer operations and general software applications.
