The pay range is $144,400.00 - $259,900.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. About the Role As Director of Product, the following are your key responsibilities: • Strategic Product Leadership: Define and own the product and platform vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Creator Affiliate platform, ensuring alignment with broader program and marketing goals. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, engineering, design, and guest journey teams to gather insights, align priorities, and deliver a best-in-class creator platform experience. • Partnership Management: Build and manage vendor relationships across the broader creator affiliate technology and platform landscape. • Team Development & Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus. • Change Management: Develop strategic communication and training plans to facilitate the rollout of new tools, features, and processes, addressing potential challenges and fostering cross-functional alignment. About You • Four-year degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience in Media • Proven track record of strategic partnership management skills, and a deep understanding of market trends in social commerce, affiliates, and creators. • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams • Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence both at a strategic leadership level and cross-functionally • Strategic mindset and bias for action with strong ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs, and driving business outcomes • Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as \"Flex for Your Day\") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day.
