Your role blends technical skills with compassionate patient interaction.Key Responsibilities:Perform CT Imaging: Operate CT equipment to capture detailed cross-sectional images of patient anatomy.Ensure Patient Comfort & Safety: Clearly explain procedures, assist with positioning, and provide emotional support.Collaborate with Medical Staff: Coordinate with radiologists and providers to ensure image accuracy and timely reporting.Maintain Equipment: Conduct routine checks and cleaning; report technical issues to appropriate teams.Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow ALARA principles and regulatory standards for radiation exposure and patient safety.Documentation: Complete all electronic health records and image logs accurately.Qualifications:Education: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.Certifications:ARRT (R) required.ARRT (CT) preferred or must be obtained within a designated timeframe.Washington State Radiologic Technologist License required.Experience: Experience preferred but not required-strong new grads welcome.Other Requirements: Current BLS certification.Why Salkum, WA?
