Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will oversee promotions, local sampling and overall community marketing efforts, driving trials, supporting sales initiatives, and building brand love. As an important part of our marketing strategy, you will be the local face to our client’s global brand by reaching new entry-point consumers. Our employees, customers and clients come first!

  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Work within / lead a dynamic team that represents our brand values. Lead trainings and build tools to ensure that we are successful. Provide direct and productive coaching to maximize team impact. Empower the team to produce new ideas to increase trial, support sales, and excite consumers.

  • BUILD BRAND RELEVANCE

Build a localized plan with your Brand Marketing Manager to increase subscriptions, trials, and brand relevance. Conduct regular market visits to better understand areas of opportunities and the consumer. Develop new opportunities beyond existing programs to attract new entry-point consumers. Analyze program goals and priorities to run a successful program.

  • COLLABORATION AND DISCOVERY

Build relationships with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize program impact, align local marketing efforts with sales goals, and help identify opportunities to drive revenue growth. Support national and regional brand campaigns (e.g., product launches, brand-building events, and sales support).

  • EXPERIENCE

Project management experience delivering projects from ideation to execution. Experience presenting and facilitating trainings and meetings. Success in collaborative and creative environments. Collegiate marketing and sampling experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $950.00 - $1,300.00 per week
