Your Role
In your important role as Assistant Manager, you will combine managerial and technical expertise to guide, develop, and train others in delivering exceptional customer service.   • Deliver a warm, welcoming greeting to each guest creating a positive initial impression
  • Develop trust and encourage repeat, loyal customers
  • Collaborate with the Service Center Manager (SCM) in daily operations and supervision of the service center
  • Handle inventory, labor management, and service center's financial performance
  • Understand and comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations and other company policies
  • Inspire, guide, and train the team for their progress
  • Assist in maintaining a neat, well-ordered service center and ensure a safe and secure workspace
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service leadership
Your Contribution

  • You can perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • You understand cash management, facility and safety control procedures and practices
