The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic & experienced Bar Tender to deliver a fun, stylish service in 4 state of the art bars. You will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

With four incredible bars this is a great opportunity for a bartender looking to take the next step in their career.

As Bartender you will;

  • Be an experienced bar tender with good cocktail and product knowledge.
  • Ensure impeccable personal presentation at all times.
  • Help develop menus, ensuring Manor House stays ahead of the competition.
  • Work to a high standard at all times and be a good team player.
  • Have excellent knowledge of beverage, and a passion to share it with the team and guests.
  • Build rapport with both residents and non-residents encouraging repeat custom.

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

· Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.

· Friendly, professional, and have strong communication skills.

· Experienced in a similar role (preferred but not essential – full training provided).

· Able to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

· Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
