This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making, leveraging Salesforce data to drive strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design & Build: Develop and maintain datasets, lenses, dashboards, and recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics to support business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.</li><li>Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders.</li><li>Automation & Efficiency: Implement best practices for data refresh schedules, security predicates, and recipe optimizations.</li><li>Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.</li><li>Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, and other BI platforms, with experience in SAQL, SQL.</li><li>Experience in creating and optimizing dataflows/recipes.</li><li>Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret data in a strategic context.</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and complex business processes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).</li><li>Background in business systems analysis or consulting.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education And Certification(s)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong>Our employees work hard to live our values and help us grow.
