Role Overview

Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents following their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, gentleness, friendliness, professionalism, and respect for their dignity and privacy. If this is how you like to work, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences

Qualifications

  • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and also independently
