Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Chat/Email Support Executive to provide real-time assistance to our customers via email and live chat platforms. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity ideal for individuals who are excellent communicators, fast learners, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve issues, answer queries, and enhance their overall experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and resources.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments while maintaining ownership until resolution.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and problem resolutions accurately.

  • Follow communication guidelines and best practices in all interactions.

  • Manage multiple chats and emails efficiently during assigned shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills in English (spelling, grammar, tone).

  • Ability to handle multiple conversations at once with composure and efficiency.

  • Proficient in using computers, email platforms, and chat tools.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

  • Typing speed of at least 35-40 words per minute with accuracy.

  • Basic understanding of customer service software and ticketing systems is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service, chat support, or email support role preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent English and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Shift: Part-Time (4 to 6 hours per day)

  • Timing: Flexible, with preference for evening or weekend availability
