Job Description:
Starbucks is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team based in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to Starbucks customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask.4. Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles.5. Ability to work part-time hours and be available during evenings and weekends.6. Familiarity with Starbucks products and services is a plus.
