At The Harry Edwards Foundation, we are dedicated to spiritual healing, education, and personal transformation. We are now seeking a College Business Manager to help us grow our College, expand student enrolment, and ensure our programmes reach more people locally and internationally.

About the Role

As College Business Manager, you will be responsible for the business planning, operational delivery, and commercial development of our College. Working closely with the General Manager, Trustees, and Senior team, you will ensure the College fulfils its dual mission: delivering world-class training in spiritual healing and personal development, while remaining financially sustainable.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Strategic Growth – expanding our portfolio of training, workshops and retreats, and increasing global student enrolment (both in person and online).
  • Programme Management – overseeing course planning, scheduling, logistics, and student experience.
  • Marketing & Recruitment – working with the Marketing team to develop campaigns that attract new students locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • Student Support & Welfare – ensuring students are fully supported from enrolment to completion, with safeguarding and wellbeing at the forefront.
  • Financial Management – managing budgets, tracking course income, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
  • Team Leadership – recruiting, supporting, and managing tutors and facilitators, while promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Operations & Compliance – ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in business management or commercial development within education, wellness, events, or the charity sector.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A track record of managing budgets, generating income, and driving growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, health & safety, and student welfare.
  • A genuine personal interest in spiritual healing, personal growth, and holistic wellbeing.

Desirable:

  • Experience in adult education or programme design/delivery.
  • Knowledge of hybrid/online learning tools and platforms.
  • Previous work with charities, spiritual organisations, or community-led initiatives.
