Job Description:
Come help BLA Clean care for businesses in the Crosslake, Nisswa and Pequot Lakes areas. Since 1989 we have been a locally owned and operated business. Currently we're looking for cleaning professionals to join our team approximately 8-15 hours per week, carrying out cleaning and routine upkeep of commercial buildings to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation.

This position will service facilities in and around the areas of Crosslake, Nisswa and Pequot Lakes. Consistent need is 5:30pm to roughly 8:00pm M-F. We are looking for someone who is available 2-5 nights a week. There are also occasional opportunities for day-time cleanings, as they come available.

BLA Clean is looking to add a few reliable team members to help with the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in designated commercial areas
  • Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply of products
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Care for your work

Qualifications (Not required for the right candidate, willing to train):

  • Previous experience in custodial or similar cleaning roles is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • Ability to handle equipment such as vacuums regularly
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies helpful
  • Integrity and ability to work independently and as a team
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • High school degree preferred but not necessary

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour
