In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction crew, working on various projects that contribute to the development and improvement of structures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Duties<br><br><strong>As a Construction Laborer, Your Responsibilities Will Include<br><br></strong><ul><li> Assisting skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks such as framing, roofing, and siding installation.</li><li> Preparing job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.</li><li> Loading and unloading materials from trucks and transporting them to designated areas on-site.</li><li> Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.</li><li> Following safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.</li><li> Performing general maintenance tasks as needed to keep the job site clean and organized.</li><li> Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience<br><br></strong>While prior experience in construction is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome candidates who are:<br><br><ul><li> Eager to learn new skills and techniques in the construction field.</li><li> Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.</li><li> Familiar with basic hand tools and power tools (a plus).</li><li> Committed to adhering to safety standards on the job site.</li><li> Team players who can work well with others in a collaborative environment.<br><br></li></ul>If you are ready to take on the challenges of a Construction Laborer role and contribute to exciting projects, apply today!
