Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, and multimedia content.
- Research & Inspiration: Conduct research to gather insights and inspiration for content topics, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Visual Storytelling: Use design tools to create graphics and visuals that complement written content and enhance audience engagement.
- Content Management: Assist in managing content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics of published content, providing suggestions for improvement based on insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content strategies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to innovate our content creation process.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in content creation (internship or freelance work is acceptable) with a strong portfolio showcasing your writing, graphics, or video work.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to think critically and creatively, generating innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
