Position Overview:

This position is responsible for strategic account management of Costco .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales managers that are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and driving overall business growth with Costco .Strong analytical background and understanding of category management.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales managers. Provide coaching and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Market Analysis: Identify opportunities for growth, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and cross functional teams at Costco . Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Midea at Costco events and meetings. Promote the brand’s values, products, and services to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the home appliances industry. Experience with Costco preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the home appliances market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Location: Seattle, Washington
