We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer support and possess strong communication skills. This role involves interacting with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. A successful representative will be able to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between customer, Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality and Purchasing in addressing customer requirements and issues.
  • Maintain constant communication with the Customer Service Representative regarding any issues which may affect on time delivery to our customer.
  • Manage Customer P.O.’s and create and release Sales Orders in compliance with company’s SOP’s and customer’s policies.
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Solve customer problems and turn potentially frustrated clients into happy customers.
  • Identify, research, and resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Receive and process customer order changes and cancellations.
  • Respond to customer expedites.
  • Receive and research customer RMA requests, issue RMA to customer if necessary.
  • Deliver quotes for repeat orders to customers and secure PO’s.
  • Work with Sales team to provide excellent team support for customers.

Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

· EPICOR ERP software or any similar manufacturing operation software.

· Consistent ongoing employee communication.

· Must have patience, a people first attitude and must be professional at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· 3 – 5 years’ experience in a customer-oriented support position.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-task environment.

· Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
