Location: On-site – Lafayette, LA

Compensation: $12-15/hour (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (8am-5pm); some weekends based upon request and availability

What You’ll Do

· Deliver Friendly, Personalized Support: Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and guide them through their order experience.

· Champion the Customer: Be the voice of the customer by reporting recurring issues, sharing feedback, and helping to improve internal processes.

· Support Order Fulfillment: Monitor and manage pending orders to ensure they move smoothly through production and deliver on time.

· Stay Solutions-Focused: Approach every interaction with optimism, empathy, professionalism, and a drive to find the best outcome for our customer.

· Go Above and Beyond: Look for opportunities to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences that build trust and long-term loyalty.
