Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Work from Home Call Center Team. As a remote representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and troubleshooting

  • Document all interactions in the companys CRM system

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary

Experience

  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred
