We are looking for an EXPIERENCED Customer Service Specialist in the Durango, CO area! Background as an Office Admin is HIGHLY Preferred!

UP to $21/hr. Based on Experience. FULL TIME. FULL BENEFITS.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Medical Office Experience or Healthcare Customer Service is Preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors in a medical office setting
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, both in person and over the phone
  • Analyze patient inquiries and provide accurate and timely information or assistance
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Perform data entry tasks to update patient records and schedule appointments
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
