Job Description
As a CVS Health Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the assistance and information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients by handling inquiries related to our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
In this position, you will be empowered to deliver an outstanding customer experience by taking ownership of customer interactions and resolving issues with a sense of urgency. You will be expected to stay informed about CVS Health’s offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information. As a remote team member, you will have access to the tools and resources needed to connect with customers and team members virtually.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred.

Educational Qualifications
