<p><span>Join our dynamic team and help us achieve success!</span></p><p>The Department Supervisor position offers a competitive pay range of $15.00/hr to $25.00/hr, with a starting rate of $20.67/hr.</p><p><span>Benefits start on the first day!</span></p><p></p><p><span>Flexible Schedule: Open availability required, including nights and weekends.</span></p><p></p><p><b><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain optimal inventory levels in assigned areas, taking into account store capacity, promotions, customer requests, and seasonal merchandise to maximize sales. Complete all daily orders efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Boost departmental sales by ensuring exceptional customer service, product freshness, and stock availability. Conduct daily date checks and provide training, motivation, and development to the team to uphold high standards.</p></li><li><p>Maintain attractive presentation and pricing standards in designated areas.</p></li><li><p>Utilize computer systems as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Assist with stocking shelves, setting up displays, processing sales transactions, and performing cleaning duties as needed.</p></li><li><p>Open and close the CHEF'STORE in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, taking on Manager on Duty responsibilities as required.</p></li><li><p>Exemplify and promote our company culture and values.</p></li><li><p>Ensure a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers by adhering to safety policies and practices at all times.</p></li><li><p>Address safety issues promptly and communicate any unresolved concerns to store management.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned by Store Management.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>SUPERVISION</u></b>:</p><ul><li><p>This position does not entail direct supervision of staff but may require performance monitoring and real-time coaching to assist team members in achieving their goals.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>RELATIONSHIPS</u></b></p><ul><li><p><b><u>Internal:</u></b> Interaction with employees across all levels within the company.</p></li><li><p><b><u>External:</u></b> Interaction with all customers and service providers.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>WORK ENVIRONMENT</u></b></p><ul><li><p>The work environment is a retail store, accessible to the public.
