Digital Marketing Manager - ABM

We have an opportunity for aDigital Marketing Manager, ABM - Contractor to join our Global Demand Generation team in Tacoma, reporting to Director, Global Demand Generation and ABM. In this role, you will lead account-based marketing strategy and execution for AMS Enterprise New Logo acquisition. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces experimentation, and is excited about using AI to overcome campaign blockers and accelerate execution. Working cross functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams you will design and deliver highly targeted 1:1 and 1:few campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. This is a remote role located from your home office anywhere in the U.S. or hybrid in Tacoma, WA.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do


Align with AMS regional enterprise sales team on goals
Build and execute ABM strategies for AMS Enterprise New Logo accounts
Partner closely with sales to align on account priorities, messaging, and campaign goals
Develop and launch 1:1 and 1:few digital campaigns using a mix of channels and tactics
Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign development, ABM execution and overcome blockers
Collaborate with BDR, marketing ops, field marketing, content, and digital teams to deliver integrated programs
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure pipeline and revenue impact
Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for ABM initiatives
Create scalable frameworks and playbooks for ABM execution
Develop and document business outcomes for BDRs and Sales Reps
Support sales enablement with tailored content and insights
Stay current on ABM best practices and emerging technologies

Be Prepared - What You Bring




5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with 2+ years in ABM
Proven success in building and executing 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs
Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and operations
Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
Excellent communication and project management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-starter with a bias for action and results
Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and marketing automation tools
BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or related field
