This position will support one individual in her personal home who has physical support needs.

Individual lives with her nephew * ** Preference for Female staff

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care needs
- Ensure safe and secure environment for the individual
- Be available to respond to any needs, emergencies, or requests from the individual. -Complete detailed, accurate documentation and shift notes
- Provide personal hygiene
- Assist with overseeing health and safety needs and report to supervisor as necessary.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.

DSP Rate 20.00/hour (7-10pm); Sleepover Rate $16.00/hour (10-7am)
