Role Summary:

As the Director of Marketing & Development, you will lead the company’s growth initiatives by driving brand awareness, cultivating referral partnerships, and developing new market opportunities. You will oversee marketing strategy and community outreach while working closely with leadership to expand Paragon’s presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support growth and brand recognition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, home health agencies, and community partners.
  • Represent Paragon Wound Care at professional conferences, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Director of Clinical Operations to align marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure effectiveness and return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing or business development (experience in wound care or home health preferred).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in building lasting professional relationships.
