Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support related to job planning and logistics. You will utilize your knowledge of time & resource management to assess customer needs and ensure efficient resolution of inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding service needs.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate job planning and manage resource logistics.
  • Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
  • Assist in managing fleet operations by ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HVAC/Plumbing Dispatch management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the HVAC/Plumbing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with data/resource management systems such as Field Edge & Google is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fleet management principles and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software related to logistics and supply chain management.
