Electronic Banking ACH Specialist (Remote Eligible: AZ, KS, MO, NM, NV, TX)
Job Description:
Summary
This position is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Electronic Banking Department. This position also includes assisting management with projects related to department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responds to telephone, e-mail, and secure messaging inquiries
  • Processes incoming and outgoing ACH files in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoots and researches all issues related to ACH processing
  • Processes ACH Debit Filter, Positive Pay, ACH exception and return items
  • Researches and responds to ACH transaction disputes
  • Performs online banking and bill pay customer setups and maintenance
  • Resolves customer issues effectively
  • Assists in audits and examinations
  • Serves as backup to the Implementation Specialist, which requires an advanced knowledge of Cash Management products
  • Serves as backup to the ACH Compliance Specialist by assisting with periodic ACH Originator reviews
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Electronic Banking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and interact well with associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Be motivated and open to change
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment, and good judgment
  • Proactively reaches out or discovers resources to determine solutions
  • Bilingual / Conversational Spanish a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment that promotes inclusiveness and communication among team members with a constructive, respectful attitude
Education and/or Experience:
  • Three or more years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of NACHA Rules and Regulations preferred
Computer and Software Skills:
  • Google Mail
  • Google Suite
  • Salesforce
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation preferred
