In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our enterprise customer base through proactive prospecting and lead generation.<br><br>Using your strong sales skills and industry knowledge, you will identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads. If you are a driven, ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of success in an outbound role, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br>Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and other outreach tactics<br><br>Effectively communicate the value proposition of Amazon One Medical to decision-makers at target enterprise accounts<br><br>Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline<br><br>Hand off qualified opportunities to the enterprise sales team for further engagement and closure<br><br>Maintain detailed records of all prospecting and lead generation activities in Salesforce<br><br>Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and other key performance metrics<br><br>A day in the life<br><br>A Day in the Life<br><br>As an Enterprise Business Development Rep, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.<br><br>This includes making outbound calls daily to introduce our services and qualify leads, following up via email, and updating Salesforce.<br><br>You'll work closely with the enterprise sales team to hand off qualified leads for deeper discovery and closing.<br><br>Collaboration with marketing and participation in team meetings are also key to optimizing prospecting efforts and expanding the pipeline.<br><br>This role requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>As an Enterprise Business Development Rep at Amazon One Medical, you'll join a fast-paced, mission-driven team that is revolutionizing healthcare. The base pay for this position ranges from $52,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $111,300/year in our highest geographic market.
