They’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Development professional to bring expertise and innovation to their growing team.


About the Role:
As the Enterprise Product Development Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for P&C insurance lines, advising on policy wording, underwriting, regulatory compliance, and system implementation. You'll lead product development, filings, and bureau changes while working closely with internal teams to refine and implement insurance products. Your role also includes regulatory research, quality assurance, and industry trend analysis, all while building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving system improvements.

The Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 15+ years of P&C insurance experience, including 10+ years in underwriting or product roles
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels and work independently
  • Experience with insurance operating systems and related technology
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Industry designations (CPCU, AU, ARM) preferred
