Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and cou
