Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers in our branches. You will be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction, working with high levels of accuracy to provide each customer with a seamless and positive experience.

You will have proactive conversations with customers, understand their needs, and help them with their banking requirements. You will also complete general banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries, and transfers, helping customers to understand the different ways they can bank with us and the range of services we offer.
