Job Title: Fashion Garment Maker at Alkye
At Alkye, you will be at the forefront of the digital and technology industry, contributing to creating innovative solutions that drive business success. As a Fashion Garment Maker, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, particularly focusing on designing and constructing garments for our bespoke international fashion brand.
This full-time position is based in our Mohali office and offers you the opportunity to work on one of our in-house brands, allowing you to learn, grow your skills, and make a meaningful impact with us.
Responsibilities:
Translate CAD designs into patterns.
Conduct trend analysis.
Select fabrics and materials.
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
You will have your own pattern making & garment construction room within our head office in India, working closely with the Brand CEO, who travels between our Mohali, Sydney, and London offices.
Qualifications:
Keen eye for detail and passion for fashion.
Strong understanding of garment construction.
Proficiency in Textile CAD software.
Knowledge of garment production processes and draping skills.
Excellent sketching and illustration skills.
Ability to create flat sketches and tech packs.
Creative flair with a strong sense of style.
