Evaluate and investigate property claims in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and keep them updated on the status of their claim. Accurately determine coverage and liability for each claim. Utilize insurance knowledge and industry best practices to resolve claims. Conduct on-site inspections and interviews to gather evidence and determine the extent of damage. Collaborate with other team members and experts to gather additional information and make informed decisions. Negotiate and settle claims within approved authority limits. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers. Keep accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and expenses. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and new techniques for handling claims. Handle multiple claims simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Proactively identify potential fraud and take appropriate action. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
