Financial Analyst II Overview Job Purpose Intercontinental Exchange is looking for a Financial Analyst. This position is based in Jacksonville Florida and reports to the Manager of Finance as part of our corporate finance team, and works closely with senior management, including the company's Vice President of Finance, CFO and President. As a Financial Analyst within the Finance department, you will create key performance indicators to measure our progress and update monthly reporting as required. Additionally, you will support the annual budget process and generate the monthly forecast. Responsibilities β€’ Lead monthly financial forecast process for key business units or core departments β€’ Develop key growth drivers and facilitate deeper understanding of impacts to revenue and expenses β€’ Conduct financial analysis of potential new products, pricing strategies, and strategic opportunities β€’ Create and analyze key performance indicators for management β€’ Communicate financial analyses to our financial team and senior management β€’ Create and maintain management reporting packages β€’ Support annual budget process and preparation of annual Board presentation β€’ Prepare weekly reports highlighting market share and relative changes in position β€’ Prepare ad hoc projects as necessary β€’ Maintain Hyperion financial system which supports budget and forecast Knowledge and Experience β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Finance or closely related discipline β€’ 0-3 years' experience in financial analysis β€’ Must possess strong analytical and financial analysis skills β€’ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated β€’ Must work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment β€’ Strong technical aptitude and understanding is preferred β€’ Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) β€’ Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion products, Salesforce, Tableau is preferred β€’ Experience with financial markets, exchange and/or Mortgage Industry a Plus - Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
