About Our Client

This person will join the senior leadership team and take full control and responsibility over the Aurora plant with revenues of $100M.

Job Description

Within this Financial Reporting position, responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP/.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances and explain key drivers.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools, templates, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights into company performance and financial metrics.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes as needed.
  • Stay updated on new accounting standards and reporting requirements to ensure compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Reporting Analyst should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • CPA/MBA would be highly advantageous
  • 3+ years of financial reporting experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to communicate with employees globally clearly and precisely
  • Manufacturing industry experience is essential
