Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
  • Assist with night audit procedures as needed, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and manage incoming phone calls effectively.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective guest relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from various backgrounds.
  • Experience in night audit processes or front desk operations is beneficial but not required.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding guest services while maintaining professionalism at all times.
