Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Agent will manage reservations, assist guests with inquiries like parts, and maintain the front desk area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle reservations and cancellations through various channels.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using computer systems.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
