We are looking to hire an Front Office Admin to join our team!

Position Overview

Successful Country Financial Representative seeking a qualified professional to join my winning team for the role of Office Admin - Client Specialist. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Foster existing customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, including multi-line phones
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated, able to identify opportunities to go the extra mile for clients

Preferred, but not required

  • Property/Casualty licensing
  • Bi-lingual
