We are looking for our next team member in the Front Office to be a crucial partner in our practice. This is a very rewarding position with an opportunity to have a positive life changing impact in our patients lives!

To be successful in the Front Office, you should be able to organize and maintain the lobby and front-desk areas to always be tidy and welcoming. Ultimately, a top-performing person will perform all duties in a manner that ensures the efficient running of Doctors Implants with a joyful heart.

The individual must be engaging and have the ability to fulfill the requirements listed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients to the practice.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, provide reminder calls to patients.
  • Assist patients in filling out online information forms.
  • Prepare patients’ charts and daily schedules for the staff.
  • Update patient records and document treatments and procedures.
  • Verify methods of payment and collect payments.
  • Answer phone calls, and accept deliveries.
  • Build positive relationships with the patients and team members.
  • Provide support for the clinical and sales teams.
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby are neat, clean, inviting and well managed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, including excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Positive spirit with a desire to help patients and the team.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is helpful.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
