Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in using both hand and power tools. This position involves disassembly and assembly, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassembly components and products according to specifications.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively on an assembly line in a team-oriented environment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
