Since our inception in 2012, EDP has helped more than 44 owners of well-run propane businesses transition to their own “next chapter” while benefiting everyone involved.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Overseeing the overall operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery</li><li>Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and increase profitability</li><li>Leading and managing a diverse team of professionals, including sales, operations, customer service, and technical staff</li><li>Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities</li><li>Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement</li><li>Implementing and maintaining safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards</li><li>Analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and managing expenses to achieve financial targets</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance service quality, and drive customer satisfaction</li><li>Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid CDL license, with hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements must be retained.</li><li>6+ years of experience in an operations leadership role.
