Location Requirement:

Must be based within commuting distance of Vicksburg, Jackson, or anywhere along the corridor north to Leland. Locals refer to this agriculturally rich region as The Delta.

As a full-time Grower Engagement Manager at Arable, you'll play a vital, customer-facing role on our Customer Success team-working directly with growers and partners in Mississippi's Delta region to support the adoption of Arable's technology. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping growers improve irrigation practices, crop production, and sustainability outcomes by leveraging real-time field data.This is a field-oriented, full-time permanent position that blends agricultural expertise with relationship-building. You'll work in close proximity to the farms you support and be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven agtech company.

What You'll Do:

    • Support and train growers on Arable's field intelligence tools
    • Be the on-the-ground expert for agriculture and irrigation practices in The Delta
    • Customize solutions based on each grower's needs and goals
    • Build long-term relationships with growers and stakeholders in the region
    • Stay current on agtech trends and local practices to provide informed support
    • Drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction across the customer base
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure growers' voices shape product development
    • Conduct periodic check-ins and performance reviews with growers
    • Identify opportunities for expanded use of Arable technology
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
    • Deep familiarity with agriculture in Mississippi's Delta region
    • Experience in irrigation management, crop production, or agtech implementation
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to travel frequently within the region (25-40%)
    • A background in agronomy, agricultural engineering, or similar fields
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline
    • Problem-solving mindset and passion for helping growers succeed
