  • Represent the organization nationally with BBB marketing peers to bring best practices and new ideas back to Iowa

  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to optimize performance and personalize outreach
  • Develop compelling content and messaging that reflects our values, showcases member benefits, and tells the BBB story

What Success Looks Like:

  • Year-over-year membership and revenue growth
  • New product or program offerings contributing to diversified income
  • Increased earned media placements and positive brand visibility
  • High engagement and alignment across regional offices and marketing staff
  • Stronger connections with members, media, and the broader public

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or engagement roles—preferably within a membership-based or nonprofit organization
  • Proven success in growing membership and community awareness through strategic campaigns and partnerships
  • Experience managing staff, agencies, or cross-functional teams, accomplished supervisor
