Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a variety of hands-on skills necessary for successful installation projects. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with various tools and equipment. The Installer will work on diverse projects, including residential and commercial installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations of fixtures, cabinets, doors, and other components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to determine project requirements.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
  • Conduct concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for project completion.
  • Execute restoration projects including plastering, stucco application, and flooring installation.
  • Collaborate with team members on construction site activities while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Operate heavy equipment when required for specific installation tasks.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam software for project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles.
  • Experience in construction estimating and inspection processes.
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical installations.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
