  • Implement strategies for lead nurturing and conversion, leveraging personalized campaigns and retargeting.

Content Creation & Campaign Management:

  • Write, proofread, and create engaging content for blogs, ads, newsletters, and social media.
  • Design visually compelling graphics and produce high-quality video content.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns (organic, paid, email, and social).

Website & Digital Presence:

  • Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring an exceptional user experience (UX).
  • Manage technical aspects, including CSS, HTML, and PHP development.
  • Ensure the website is SEO-friendly and aligned with industry best practices.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to refine strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between marketing, sales, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and alignment of messaging.
  • Lead community engagement efforts across social platforms to build brand loyalty.

Email Marketing & CRM Management:

  • Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Manage CRM tools to track customer data, behavior, and feedback effectively.
  • Implement segmentation and personalization to improve email campaign performance.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in the service or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zapier).
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with website management and design, including WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
  • Advanced skills in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva).
