NTT DATA Services currently seeking remote Healthcare Customer Service Associate/Call Centerto join our team for a 4+ month project. The estimated start date for this project is 8/26/2024.

Role Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
- Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
- Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
- Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
- Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

Required Skills/Experience
2+ year(s) of remote phone customer service experience in the healthcare industry
2+ years prior work from home experience

Preferences
- 2+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office)

Hours: 8-9 hour shifts, some weekend days may be required. Shifts will be between 8am-8pm PST.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $20- $20 hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
